Include what happened, which app or browser you used, and the design name or purchase date. Never send your passkey, recovery code, verification code, or full payment details.

A few quick checks

• Sign in with the same customer passkey to find your credits and saved designs.
• For a pending purchase, use Check purchases in the app or Check payment on the website before buying again.
• Before sewing, check your machine’s PES support, hoop size, and thread assignments, then sew a test sample.
