Privacy policy

Gyldan is operated by Level Eleven Solutions LLC. This policy covers our website, iPhone app, and Android app.

What we use

We use your name, optional email, account identifiers, artwork, instructions, saved designs, and credit and purchase records to run your account and create embroidery files. We store protected hashes of your chosen color and birth year. Passkeys handle sign-in; we do not receive your fingerprint or Face ID data.

If you redeem starter credit, Twilio verifies your mobile number by text. Gyldan keeps a protected phone identifier, the last four digits, and verification records to prevent repeat claims. Cookies, local storage, device information, and IP-based security records help maintain sign-in, save drafts, and prevent abuse.

Who helps process it

With your permission, OpenAI processes your submitted artwork, instructions, and relevant design details for cleanup and PES generation. Cloudflare hosts our service and stored files. Stripe handles website and direct-install Android payments; Apple handles iPhone purchases. Gyldan receives transaction records, not your full card details. These providers handle data under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

Only upload artwork you have permission to use. You can sign out, remove saved designs, or turn off processing permission in Your account. Work already started may finish. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data, email jay@levelelevensolutions.com. We may need to verify you first.

Keeping data

We retain records needed to provide the service and handle billing, security, and legal obligations. Removing a design does not erase all related records. Some transaction and abuse-prevention records may need to remain after a deletion request; we will explain any limits. Your device may keep downloaded files until you remove them.
